Reflection:

In my senior year of my undergraduate studies, I put on a program about diversity and inclusion in a first grade classroom. The program included critical thinking, engaging activities, and a discussion. My strengths in this area lie with the program I implemented with former classmates from the ground up. We worked and developed the program over the course of a semester. My weaknesses in this area are mainly from only having one experience in this area. Since I am not a teacher, I have limited experience. I believe that as continue my coursework and enter my career, I will have exponentially more experience.
